Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cups wheat flour


  • 1 tbsp baking powder


  • 1 tsp baking soda


  • 800 gms milk


  • 200 gms melted butter


  • 1 cups sugar


  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  • 2 nos finely chopped paan leaves


  • 2 tbsp tutti frutti


  • 1 tsp paan bahar


  • 6 piece paan candy powder


  • 300 gms whipped cream


  • 150 gms sweet rabri


  • 3 tbsp gulkand


  • 2 drop green food colour


  • 2 tbsp mukhwaas


  • 2 tbsp sweet saunf


  • 2 nos sweet paan

Directions

  • Mix wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda then sieve 3 times.
  • Grease the cake mould with butter and wheat flour.
  • Now preheat oven for 10 minutes on 180°c.
  • In a bowl add milk, melted butter, vanilla essence and sugar beat well.
  • Now add flour and mix cut and fold method. Pour the batter in cake mould.
  • Now bake it in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
  • Let it cool and demould the cake.
  • Cut the cake into 4pcs.
  • Now grind rabri and gulkand together and keep aside.
  • Take whipped cream, add green food colour, paan bahar and paan candy powder mix well.
  • Take one pcs of cake and spread the mixture of gulkand rabri on it.
  • On another cake piece spread whipped cream you prepared.
  • Simultaneously make the other 2 also like this and place one above the other.
  • Spread the whipped cream all over the cake from all sides.
  • Apply evenly all over and them refrigerate for an hour.
  • After an hour remove from refrigerator.
  • Garnish it with sweet paan, mukhwaas and sweet saunf.
  • Now our shahenshai rabri paan is ready to serve.
